Enterprise launch
Shipped the certification workflow, role IA, and semantic design system. Launched with enterprise banking clients and selected for the 2025 AIFinTech100 top 100 AI companies in financial services.

- 01Conducted user research across two client segments to map goals, pains, and role responsibilities before designing a single screen.
- 02Built the full certification workflow across three user roles, a role-based information architecture, and a multi-step wizard.
- 03Designed and shipped the semantic design system that the AI assistant layer was later built on top of.
